You should put path to VCMI installation there (“Filesystem configuration” is config\filesystem.json
), user profile path is not required.
Would be super cool if you can just add dialog that will ask for location of whatever assets editor need.
And isn’t it like it knows where to look for them anyway? Because it already puts the log in the same file.
config\filesystem.json is not in Documents\My Games\vcmi
it is where VCMI installed and\or git checkout.
New release 0.1.15

Could you release the latest version?
@redyred It seems that the project has been cancelled since there has been no update since Feb '19 on GitHub (https://github.com/vcmi/vcmi_editor).
It is not canceled, but there is nothing new to release right now.
Feature request: option to create print-screen of whole map (not minimap).
Map editor doesn’t add new secondary skills from mods to the list of available heroes’ abilities.
It might be obvious, but could we add build instructions to a README.md file, please?
And is it possible to just build with fpc and ©make, so we can use distro packages?
I am failing ta lazbuild based compile here:
For me too, please
