Join to remote server

I preprared the patch for connecting to remote server that shows dialog window with address’s and port’s inputs.

It doen’t fix any multiplayer issues but the server shows remote players.

Also I found that second client freezes at client/CPreGame.cpp:723 while get CMapInfo.

Well… Somehow unused code becomes broken over time. :frowning:
Could be something subtle due to changes to map header and serializer.
