Asking for permission for submitting to Apple AppStore

Hi There,

I’m fed up sideloading VCMI every year, so I would like to submit VCMI to Apple AppStore (as is without any modifications to the released binaries) if it is allowed by the project owners, so asking for permisson to start AppStore submit process.
