I just installed the game data from my US discs and I also installed all the extensions. I have it set to English in the settings, but it looks like this. See screenshot. How do I fix this? Thanks!

did you manage to install high-res manu and new-interface mods? i see the background from first mod and window decorations from second.
hm. removed conflict from both mods, installed and they work just fine. checked hi-rez-menu and can’t see how they’re able to conflict. probably deprecated.
