i download the mode i want and when i click start its crash! maybe i didnt installed the softwar right? i didnt exactly understand how to install it right with the folders and all thoes option in instalition… or maybe the game i installed were wrong? i download it from a torent. ,maybe you can send me a torrent link just for behing sure?

Did you install the data files from the original game? These are required to run.
VCMI is freeware software. Just unpack officiall vcmi 0.99 zip file, then just copy unzipped files into your h3 directory and next launch vcmi-launcher.exe
