VCMI AI won't build creature buildings in town?

Hello, in my games, AI won’t build creature buildings, at all. Like I tested it for a month(in turns, inside the game). Idk what I did wrong, I just installed new VCMI. In the picture is list of mods:

It seems i found the fix. It was the Nullkiller AI, after I put it to VCAI, they are back to normal (getting creatures,…)

Yes, we saw this report many times already. Fixed in 1.6.3.

Where can I find 1.6.3? On github and the site, there is only 1.6.2.
