It seems I’ve become a “release often” guy
More fixes has been done:

Id Summary
343 Sometimes the Kingdom Overview window crashes.
356 In Kingdom Overview screen, when hovering over different items, text is not cleared each time.
360 We can select the town below the 3 towns available in the town list
355 At the start of the new week after an external dwelling has been captured, right-click info no longer lists ext. dw. bonuses.
318 The Grail growth bonus seems to apply only to Castle growth, not also to flagged dwellings, horde structures, etc
302 Combination artifacts don’t take up all the slots of their component items.
353 Main Menu bug is back.
359 Crash when trying to buy a ship at Necropolis, Fortress or Conflux
109 Ships do not correspond to their alignments.
344 Crash after double click in load menu (res 1280x1024)
352 After a certain point in the map, the map reveals itself completely.
155 There is small delay in passing an artifact from one hero to another (artifact icon + same delay on moving artifact bonuses)
357 Movement tiles disappear if you are in any building and press space bar
349 In-game console message: grammatical error (Hero “don’t” i/o “doesn’t”)
336 When hero reach monolith with no movement points left you can’t go throught it
351 Crash when moving hero through the Subterranean Gate

Saves should be compatible with previous dev releases.
