Kremlin town project needs 3D designer. Some artworks are already done. There are lots of ideas, but the project needs designers.

from what i know and from what is posted on wforum.heroes35.net/ the full line up was made by alex ander some time ago;what happened to it?it looked great and it also had 2 version of the line up

It’s sad that at least units are not shared.
UPD Kremlin author/coordinator also don’t have Alex-ander DEFs of units. Alex-ander himself is not available one year long (some say he works on HoTa Forge.
So there is only small possibility that Kremlin will be made with his units.
