I know these configurations stored inside My Games\vcmi\mods\WoG\config\wog***.json.
Still I didnt find anything about modifying skills(merging war machines).
Where can I change the base movement speed for heroes also how can I enable crappy artifact buffs?
The +2 secondary skills and the lvl 8 units are turned on by default?
