created submod “Heroic sisters” with medusa heroes. sort of separated part of “medusas are the best girls”. depends on tides-of-war.skills.
also silicate silent has a troglodyte as a commander. she is a really silly hero…

fixed a garrison screen as much as it was possible hero icon is 1 px higher than stacks icons but there is no json config where i could fix that.
“new flags” are now part of “new-style interface” and the interface itself is now a submod alongside with new flags and new townhall screens.
medusa mods had been separated to a medusa-mod with two submods - medusa backgrounds and heroic sisters.
new interface does not depend on medusa backgrounds mod anymore. user may use any backgrounds mod he wants.
