Game doesn't launch and crashes

What’s wrong? I installed latest VCMI-branch-develop-8798e6e.exe, then copied folders from H3 Complete into c:\Users\User\Documents\My Games\vcmi, then launched VCMI_launcher.exe and pressed Start Game, do i install mods, change settings or not, doesn’t matter, it crashes on windows 7 x64 and showing me this:

Also VCMI essential files looks like are broken and i can’t remove or update them, but i have found on the forum, that it’s normal and should work without this “VCMI essential files”, so what’s wrong?

Updating vcmi essential files via launcher breaks game (it’s known bug). So… install vcmi once again, then instal vcmi essential files from here: https://wiki.vcmi.eu/Mod_list#Utilities
DON’T PRESS UPDATE vcmi button in launcher.

thanks, but seems, that problem was, because i temporarily used internal graphics, as i needed it for old macos and xcode on virtual machine, once i returned on my main AMD graphics card and restarted computer, it works well.
