Crash on startup

  1. Installed Homm3 in a folder in hard disk unit E:

  2. Installed VCMI 0.91 in the HoMM3 folder as required.

  3. Launched VCMI_Client

  4. A window opens running the initial video. At the same time, another window opens warning about the game crashing. The log tells something about an unknown exception and adresses to a pair of missing files or file contents in the data and video folders.

  5. Then it just CTDs.

Both log files attached (*.dmp compressed because of forum file type limits). Any help?

Do you have Wake of Gods 3.58f or ERA installed? If no, get it - ERA 2 is simplest to use.

No: I installed ERA 2, and that fixed it. Thank you. :smiley:
