I though about this. It is possible to recreate our new dialogs (creature window, quests) using Creative Commons\Public Domain texture as background and generate some bits in runtime (like borders). So no copyright issues here.
And yes - I can do this if needed.

Such dialogs like adventure map are a bit more complex - there are lot of small details that generator should find, resize, move.
I think we can follow HD mod here and make a set of images (in our case - not copy-pasted from H3) that will be used to “draw” high-res image.

This leaves us with several buttons created for high-res adventure map. Should be more than enough for the first time.

EDIT: looks good so far. Image that uses only borders from H3 (which can be applied in runtime by current code).
