Can't change WoG settings

Hello people, I just started using VCMI and I have some problems, the first being the WoG settings button is frozen and cannot be clicked for some reason, I tried reinstalling WoG, reinstalling VCMI as well as the game (HOMM 3 Complete) with no success.
Would be great to get some assistance in the matter.
