Hi, I’m having a problem with running the editor. A pop-up window shows up:
editor_error
Pressing ok doesn’t make it run.
I downloaded the release from the repo. What should I do?

You should put path to VCMI installation there (“Filesystem configuration” is config\filesystem.json), user profile path is not required.

config\filesystem.json is not in Documents\My Games\vcmi it is where VCMI installed and\or git checkout.

Say you want Blue Green and Teal be allies.

  1. open player options
  2. for Blue player set Green as an ally
  3. Open Teal (!) player and set Blue and Green as allies
