VCMI Project - Heroes 3: WoG recreated

I'm developing a cardgame based on Heroes III. this is what i have made so far and I'm looking for feedback. i will explain the rules when i finished the manual. The hardest part for me is to find balance between simple and clear rules versus complicated ones that are more like Heroes III. anyways, take a look and let me hear your ideas.

Wow! Awesome idea! Will you make it open source (well, at least the parts that you create)?

It looks good. One suggestion though. Instead of the money, use gold coins (of different sizes), that will be printed on paper. Also, for the currency, you should have a 1000 coin and 5000 if you want to keep the same scale as in game.

I'm curious of the game play you've come up with.
